Project Coordinator, Consulting (Temporary Part-Time, Parental Leave Coverage)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team during a parental leave coverage period (currently estimated to be from early/mid-January for training purposes, concluding in early June).
This role reports to the Vice President of Organizational Strategy Edie Demas and works closely with Consultants, while collaborating with President Tom O’Connor and Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator Andres Martinez. The position involves direct interaction with our clients and requires exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Tom O’Connor Consulting Group, LLC was founded in 2015, and is a New York City-based consultancy for arts and cultural institutions and leaders, offering two integrated services: organizational strategy and executive search, each guided by a seasoned team of arts professionals.
